What is Rescue Remedy?
Rescue Remedy is a mix of five different Bach Flower Remedies, which together help deal with any stressful or emergency situation.

What is in Rescue Remedy?
Star of Bethlehem - for shock (timeless)
Receiving bad news, after being stung by an insect, emergency situation such as a car accident, loss of a job etc.
Assists with comfort and consolation

Rock Rose - for terror and or panic
Thunderstorms, certain insects and animals, dentist, flying, doctor, having an operation, exams, public speaking, interviews, the dark, night terrors, heights, and claustrophobia. Anxiety attacks, separation anxiety.
Assists with peace and fearlessness

Clematis - for faintness/dreaminess

What forms does it come in?
Rescue Remedy is available in a dropper, in a convenient spray, or in a soft, non-greasy cream that contains the added benefits of Crab Apple and can help heal rashes, minor cuts and bruises.

When do I use Rescue Remedy?

How do I administer it?
In an emergency Rescue Remedy can be taken neat from the bottle, four drops at a time either directly under the tongue, or on pulse points. Otherwise put four drops in a glass of water and take frequent sips until the emotions have calmed.

How long before it works?
It can work instantly. If you have an interview coming up or some sort of situation you are not looking forward to it may be as well to start using it the day before.
